Eatnownow provides an online platform that connects users (“Customers”) with restaurants, vendors, and independent delivery partners (“Riders”) for ordering and delivery of food and other items.

We do not prepare food or directly operate restaurants. Responsibility for food quality lies with the respective vendors.

3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud or misuse.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the vendor.
Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment can be made via approved methods on the platform.
Eatnownow reserves the right to cancel any order due to errors, fraud suspicion, or unavailability.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor delays.
Riders are independent contractors, not employees of Eatnownow .
Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may not be eligible for refunds.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may only be canceled within a limited timeframe after placement.
Refunds are issued at our discretion in cases such as:
Incorrect or missing items
Poor quality (subject to review)
Failed delivery

Refunds may be processed as wallet credits or returned to the original payment method.

7. Pricing and Fees

Prices may vary from in-store prices.
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass riders, vendors, or staff

Violations may result in account suspension.

9. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

Food preparation and hygiene
Accurate menu listings and pricing
Order fulfillment

Eatnownow is not liable for vendor-related issues beyond facilitating resolution.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eatnownow shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Food-related issues caused by vendors
Delays beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, text, and software, belongs to Eatnownow or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
